Withum partnered with the client to develop a data ingestion pipeline connected to an AI-powered interface. This system enabled seamless collection, organization and integration of the client’s data with a Large Language Model (LLM). Integrated within their Microsoft Suite, the AI tool allowed users to ask questions and receive comprehensive insights based on the organization’s entire past performance document repository.
To ensure reliable responses when data spanned multiple documents, we incorporated abstractive summarization techniques into our process, which allowed the system to understand documents in context with each other. We also mitigated risks of AI hallucinations by utilizing a customized Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) structure, which helped to enforce accuracy and build user trust.
